Azure Cloud Engineer / Senior DevOps Engineer Primary Skills: Azure, AKS, Terraform, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Cloud Automation, Cloud Security Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer/Senior DevOps Engineer with 8-10 years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, automating, and supporting scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions while driving cloud transformation and modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure and platform services.Configure and support Azure services including Virtual Machines, App Services, Storage Accounts, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, and AKS.Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.Manage Kubernetes workloads and containerized applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).Configure and maintain Azure networking components, security controls, and access management.Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues.Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational best practices.Collaborate with development, architecture, and support teams to deliver enterprise cloud solutions.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to cloud architecture and design discussions.Required Qualifications 8-10 years of overall IT experience with at least 6 years of hands-on Azure experience.Strong expertise in Azure infrastructure and platform services.Experience with:Azure Virtual MachinesAzure Networking (VNETs, NSGs, Load Balancers)Azure StorageAzure App ServicesAzure Kubernetes Service (AKS)Azure Key VaultAzure SQL DatabaseHands-on experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.Strong experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD implementation.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Azure CLI scripting.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications Azure Certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, or AZ-500.Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or AI/ML workloads.Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and cost optimization.Experience working in large-scale enterprise cloud environments.Nice to Have Experience with healthcare domain applications.Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and event-driven architectures.Exposure to AI/GenAI platforms and cloud-native application modernization.
