Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize Consello’s websites across WordPress and other CMS environments, ensuring reliable performance, security, and a high-quality user experienceBuild scalable, enterprise-grade web experiences and integrations, with clean, maintainable code and a focus on usability, accessibility, and performanceLead ongoing website maintenance and quality assurance, including page-speed optimisation, responsive development, cross-browser compatibility, security updates, and technical troubleshootingDevelop and maintain reusable components, custom themes, plugins, and third-party integrations to support evolving marketing and business needsCode and test responsive marketing emails within HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRM or marketing-automation platformsPartner closely with the Belfast design team and global colleagues to translate creative direction into technically robust digital experiences that reflect Consello’s positioning and visual standardsProfessional Qualifications: 3–6 years of professional experience in web development, with a portfolio demonstrating B2B or enterprise-level digital workExpert-level proficiency in WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development, integrations, security, and performance optimization; experience with additional CMS platforms is a strong plusStrong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive, cross-browser development practicesExperience building and maintaining custom web applications, APIs, and third-party integrationsProficiency with modern development workflows and tools, including Git, package managers, build tools, and deployment processesExperience coding responsive, cross-client HTML emails within HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent CRM and marketing automation platformsFamiliarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), web performance best practices, and secure development principlesPersonal Characteristics: A self-starter with a genuine interest in web technologies and digital innovation, comfortable taking ownership from requirements through launch and ongoing optimisationStrong problem-solving instincts and sound technical judgement, able to balance robust engineering with the practical needs of a professional-services brandCollaborative by nature, with the communication skills to work effectively across a distributed, global teamSolutions-oriented and adaptable, comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining quality, security, and performance standardsMeticulous attention to detail, particularly in clean, maintainable code, responsive layouts, and cross-browser compatibilityProactive, curious, and committed to continuous learning in a fast-evolving web-development landscapeA team player with a low ego, ready to share knowledge, contribute ideas, and support colleagues across the firm’s marketing and creative functions EEO Statement: Consello Group is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination.
