Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional delivery across Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and vendor teams.Drive execution across multiple products, teams, and strategic initiatives.Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and escalations.Facilitate PI Planning, ART Syncs, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and continuous improvement.Influence stakeholders, facilitate decisions, and resolve cross-functional conflicts.Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, steering committee materials, and delivery updates.Track delivery health using velocity, predictability, flow, capacity, and KPI metrics.Use Rally/Jira, Aha!, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, and AI productivity tools to improve delivery visibility and efficiency.Partner with healthcare stakeholders in payer, claims, payment integrity, and technology environments.Required Qualifications Strong experience as an RTE, Release Delivery Lead, Agile Program Lead, or Technical Program Manager.Hands-on experience with SAFe, Agile delivery, PI Planning, and ART-level coordination.Proven experience managing dependencies, risks, stakeholders, and delivery across multiple teams.Strong executive communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.Experience with Rally and/or Jira, Aha!, Excel, and PowerPoint.
