Release Train Engineer - Healthcare

Job Description: A highly collaborative RTE who serves as the bridge between Business, Product, and Technology, driving execution across multiple teams, ensuring transparency into risks and dependencies, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and delivering strategic initiatives across Payment Integrity and enterprise partner organizations.Cross-Functional Leadership – Align Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, other RTEs and external/internal Vendor teams.Program Delivery Management – Drive execution across multiple teams, products, and strategic enterprise initiatives.Stakeholder Management & Influence – Build strong partnerships and drive decisions across PI and enterprise stakeholders.Dependency & Risk Management – Identify, track, escalate, and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers.Executive Communication – Deliver concise, executive-ready updates, status reports, and steering committee materials.Agile / SAFe Leadership – Lead PI Planning, ART Syncs, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and continuous improvement efforts.Facilitation & Conflict Resolution – Drive alignment and consensus across product, business, and technology groups.Metrics & Delivery Insights – Monitor delivery health using velocity, predictability, flow, capacity, KPI metrics etc.,Tools & Technology Proficiency – Strong working knowledge of Rally/Jira, Aha!, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot and other AI productivity tools, with the ability to leverage data and automation to improve delivery visibility and efficiency.Healthcare Industry Knowledge (Preferred) – Foundational understanding of healthcare payer operations, claims processing, payment integrity, and healthcare technology delivery environments.
