Senior IAM Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Engineer to help design, implement, and support our enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, SSO/MFA, RBAC, identity lifecycle automation, PAM, and enterprise application integrations. This role will work closely with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to ensure secure and efficient identity management across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM services using SAML 2.0, OIDC, SSO, MFA, and RBAC.Develop and maintain identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows.Configure and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), including application onboarding, provisioning, access reviews, and certification campaigns.Integrate enterprise applications with centralized identity and access management platforms.Design and maintain RBAC models and separation-of-duties (SoD) controls.Support privileged access management capabilities, including credential vaulting, automated password rotation, and just-in-time access.Develop and maintain automated provisioning and identity management workflows.Create automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python to improve IAM operations and reduce manual processes.Troubleshoot identity, authentication, provisioning, and application-integration issues.Support access certification and periodic access-review processes.Monitor IAM platform performance and assist with ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and improvements.Partner with application owners, security teams, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to implement IAM solutions.Maintain technical documentation, procedures, integration specifications, and operational processes.Identify opportunities to improve IAM security, automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance, or a related security engineering discipline. Strong experience with IAM platform engineering, governance, identity lifecycle automation, scripting, and application onboarding/integration.5+ years of experience with: RBAC design and implementationSeparation of Duties (SoD)Access certification campaignsIdentity Provider (IdP) managementSSO and MFA3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). Experience with SailPoint application integrations, provisioning, access reviews, and certification processes.Experience supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.Strong understanding of SAML 2.0 and OIDC.Experience developing IAM automation using PowerShell and/or Python.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.Preferred Experience Experience integrating IAM with complex enterprise applications and legacy systems.Experience with automated password rotation and credential vaulting.Experience with just-in-time (JIT) privileged access.Experience with cloud-based identity platforms and enterprise security environments.Knowledge of IAM security best practices, governance, and compliance requirements.
