Responsibilities In your role, you will be responsible for the strategic and technical development of AI technologies and will build innovative LLM and AI Agent solutions that drive technological progress.You will use your expertise to define technical standards for the platform, creating the foundation for powerful, scalable and secure AI systems.You will lead and coordinate AI projects while working closely with Product and Management to achieve shared goals.Your ability to coordinate AI Engineers, Data Scientists and Software Developers will help continuously integrate new AI technologies and keep the team moving in the right direction.You will take technical and functional leadership of our AI team and be responsible for developing our AI strategy. Your responsibilities will include the design and optimization of LLMs, AI Agents, machine learning models and AI-powered automations. You will evaluate new technologies, define technical standards and guide AI projects from initial concept through to production. You will also work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Management, ensuring the scalability, quality, security and performance of our AI solutions. Profile You have a degree in Computer Science, ideally complemented by a Master's degree in Data Science.Your hands-on project experience working with AI sets you apart.You have strong knowledge of relevant machine learning technologies and are confident applying them in practice.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure is an additional advantage. Additional Information As Senior AI Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic and technical development of our AI solutions. You will evaluate new models and technologies, lead the development of LLMs, AI Agents and intelligent automations, and work closely with Engineering, Product and Management. You will develop scalable AI architectures, optimize existing systems and turn new innovations into market-ready products quickly.
