We're looking for experienced Software Engineering Consultants who thrive in complex environments, enjoy solving difficult technical challenges and want to work closely with clients to shape products, platforms and technology decisions. This isn't a role where you'll simply deliver tickets from a backlog. You'll work directly with clients, contribute to architecture and technical strategy, build modern software products and leverage AI-enabled development practices to help teams deliver value at exceptional pace. What you'll be doing Designing and building modern digital products and platformsDeveloping high-quality software using TypeScript, Node.js, React and Next.jsWorking closely with product, design and delivery teamsEngaging directly with clients to understand challenges and define solutionsInfluencing technical direction, architectural decisions and product roadmapsBuilding AI-powered capabilities and integrating emerging technologies where they deliver genuine valueSupporting modern cloud-based delivery environments across AWS and AzurePromoting engineering best practice including testing, code quality, CI/CD and security What we're looking for: Strong commercial software engineering experienceExcellent TypeScript, Node.js, React and/or Next.js knowledgeExperience delivering production-grade software solutionsThe ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problemsStrong stakeholder and client-facing communication skillsExperience working in consultancy, agency, product-led or fast-paced engineering environmentsExposure to AI, LLMs, machine learning integrations or AI-assisted development workflowsExperience working within cloud environments (Azure & AWS) and modern engineering practices Why join?
