Numark’s office is located in Birmingham and it continues to expand its membership and services to meet the evolving needs of the pharmacy sector. Role Description The Apprentice Training Content Developer will design, develop, and update training materials that support apprentices working in community pharmacies. This contract role involves creating clear, engaging learning content such as modules, guides, presentations, and assessments aligned with apprenticeship standards and pharmacy practice. Day-to-day tasks include supporting members with their use of the Training Platform, collaborating with subject matter experts, researching regulatory and industry requirements, structuring content for digital delivery and ensuring materials are accessible and easy to understand. The role is hybrid, based in Birmingham, with regular onsite collaboration and some work from home to write, edit, and refine training content. The individual will also gather feedback from learners and trainers to continuously improve learning resources and maintain version control and documentation. Qualifications Level 3 qualifications or above.
