Application Support Engineer

Senior Associate Technology L2 Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week onsite at the Publicis Sapient office. Occasional local client visits may be required. Duration: Long term contract Start Date: Immediately Interview Process: 1–2 internal interview rounds and 1 final client round expected Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Application Support / Systems Engineer to monitor and maintain application health, configure observability and alerting solutions, triage production incidents, troubleshoot performance and latency issues, and support Kubernetes-based environments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in application support, distributed systems, monitoring and observability tools, CI/CD processes, incident management, and production troubleshooting.
