The Opportunity Our client is one of the leading telecom service providers in the Netherlands, operating a high-volume platform built around order flows and customer self-service, with a strong focus on clean architecture and domain-driven design. We are looking for an experienced and driven Leading PHP Developer who will take ownership of this project – leading an established team in Kaunas and collaborating directly with the client. At the same time, this role goes beyond a single project: you will drive PHP standards and best practices across Present Connection and may take on a coordinating role in other PHP projects as the company grows. We are looking for someone who combines strong technical depth with clear communication, analytical thinking and a genuine ownership mindset.
