As a Senior AI Engineer, you will help redesign core systems with AI at the centre, building production-ready solutions that directly influence revenue, customer experience, and operational performance. The Role As Senior AI Engineer, you will help shape the next generation of the company's platform by embedding AI into the core infrastructure and customer experience. Key responsibilities include: Designing and building AI-first systems that support the organisation's long-term transformation strategy.Developing and deploying production-ready agentic AI solutions across multiple business functions.Building intelligent content and automation agents capable of generating content, pricing recommendations, and personalised customer journeys.Working with modern LLM frameworks, AI infrastructure, and orchestration tools to create scalable solutions.Partnering closely with leadership and engineering teams to identify opportunities where AI can drive measurable commercial impact.Taking ownership of AI initiatives from concept through to deployment and adoption.Contributing to technical direction and helping raise the standard of AI engineering across the organisation. Your Skills & Experience Strong experience building and deploying AI products into production environments.Deep understanding of LLMs, agentic AI systems, and modern AI infrastructure.Background in software engineering with a proven transition into AI-focused development.Experience within startup, scale-up, eCommerce, marketplace, or digital platform environments.Ability to connect technical innovation with commercial outcomes and business growth.Track record of delivering measurable impact, with clear examples of results and outcomes.Experience influencing technical direction, mentoring others, or leading projects.Proactive mindset with a continuous focus on optimisation, innovation, and business value.
