Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Maven, DB2 and GitLab, delivering enterprise-grade applications from design through to deploymentExperience designing and building RESTful APIs in line with established engineering standards and best practicesGood understanding of microservices architecture, scalability, resiliency, caching, and performance optimisationExperience with Java performance tuning and troubleshooting, including root cause analysis and resolution of complex technical issuesKnowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices, with experience of Agile delivery, automation, production support, and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Grafana
