Job DescriptionAbout the Role As a Delivery Support, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient service. This role involves managing a team of drivers, overseeing daily delivery activities, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Supervising and coordinating daily delivery operations, assigning tasks and routes to driversConducting rider interviews and managing the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-preparedConducting on-ground training to all new hires to ensure they are aligned with InstaShop's standardsMonitoring delivery performance, addressing delays, and resolving on-ground issues to ensure timely serviceProviding support and guidance to drivers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policiesConducting regular performance evaluations and training sessions to enhance team skills and efficiencyCommunicating with customers and addressing any delivery-related concerns or feedbackMaintaining accurate records of deliveries, incidents, and vehicle usageEnsuring asset delivery is in a timely fashion to 3PL vendors and their riders
