About About the role We are searching for a hands-on, improvement-driven Manufacturing Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the efficiency and quality of our production process. You will be responsible for continuous improvement in our high-tech environment, where we assemble highly complex computing cabinets. Additionally, you will collaborate with our project team to design new lean production processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor. Drive major improvement projects within the department to enhance efficiency and quality. Collaborate with the R&D department to improve product designs for manufacturability. Actively participate in New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring smooth transitions and efficient production processes. Be present on the floor daily, engaging with production teams to implement practical solutions. Apply project management skills to ensure improvement projects are completed effectively.
