Partnership Manager

At Deeploy, we help organisations roll out AI they can trust. Many of our customers rely on consultancies for AI governance, and those consultancies increasingly need to move from advice into implementation. You'll help our partners do that: working alongside them during implementations, selling together, and running events together. You'll join our enablement team. The goal is partners who implement AI governance and Deeploy well, and win more work because of it. You're close to their projects, clients and sales conversations, and you're encouraged (and expected) to try new approaches and improve how we work with partners. Why Deeploy? AI is being rolled out everywhere, but most organisations have little control. Deeploy exists to change that. We build the technical foundation that makes AI responsible, helping companies detect, understand and prevent the harms caused by misaligned AI systems before they impact the real world. We're an AI-native team. We aim to be a frontrunner in how we work ourselves, and we expect everyone to help shape that. What you will do Enable partners: Train partner consultants on AI governance and Deeploy, and help them build an implementation practice with playbooks, demo environments, templates and certification. Support implementations: Work closely with partner teams on client projects, especially the first ones, and connect them with our product and engineering team when they get stuck. Co-sell: Plan accounts, pitch and scope projects together with partners and our account executives. Run events: Organise joint events, webinars and roundtables with partners and Marketing, and be on stage once you're ready. That is, by week 2 ;) Own the partner programme: Shape tiers, incentives, certification and reporting, track partner performance, and feed partner and client needs into the roadmap. Who we're looking for You're technically credible enough to support implementations, commercially sharp enough to co-sell, and comfortable building processes in a startup where change is a given. 3+ years in partnership, partner enablement, solutions or consulting roles in data, AI, security or infrastructure software, ideally with a network among European consultancies and system integrators. Experience working with technical teams on complex implementations. You're comfortable demoing Deeploy and discussing setup and integration with engineers and architects. Experience with, or a genuine interest in, GRC (governance, risk and compliance), with familiarity with the EU AI Act or frameworks such as ISO 42001. You take ownership, get your hands dirty on projects and don't wait to be asked. Early-stage startup experience is a plus. Working proficiency in English. Another European language is a plus! What this role is, and what it is not It is hands-on enablement. You're measured by partners implementing well and winning work with us. It is focused on consultancies that implement. Pure strategy or advisory relationships are not the goal. It is not a solo role. Sales, Marketing, Product and the founders stay closely involved.
