Job Description
What you'll do:
Own end-to-end recruitment for complex, senior, or high-volume technical roles - from sourcing through close
Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership on hiring strategy, market trends, and headcount decisions
Build and execute sourcing strategies, market maps, and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles
Use data to influence decisions, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve our hiring process
Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices across the wider Talent Acquisition team
Deliver a brilliant, human candidate experience at every step
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
Solid experience in full-cycle technical/engineering recruiting, ideally at a fast-growing tech company
A track record of closing senior, in-demand, or hard-to-attract technical candidates
Strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable advising senior/executive leaders
A data-driven mindset and comfort using recruiting tools/AI to work efficiently
Experience mentoring others or driving process improvements is a plus
