Software Engineer – SharePoint Developer This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. We are seeking a highly skilled and mission-oriented Senior Power Platform / SharePoint Developer with an active TS/SCI security clearance to join our SETA team on-site at Fort Belvoir, VA. In this role, you will architect, deploy, and maintain high-visibility cloud and hybrid enterprise Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI reports in SharePoint environments, focusing heavily on SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform. These systems serve as the digital backbone for synchronized intelligence content, automated workflows, and secure data access across the customer’s enterprise. Software Engineer – SharePoint Developer Responsibilities Include: Cloud & Hybrid Architecture: Design, build, and optimize custom SharePoint solutions across hybrid environments and cloud networks (including SharePoint Online and GCC High).Power Platform Development: Architect and deploy sophisticated business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including custom Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), complex Power Automate cloud flows, and Power BI dashboards and Report Builder reports.Workflow Automation & Migration: Lead efforts to migrate legacy on-premises C# SharePoint solutions and workflows.Front-End Integration: Develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces (UI/UX) for portals using Power Apps screens, forms, and tables..Data & System Governance: Implement granular access controls, security group governance, and Active Directory integration to protect highly sensitive, classified data repositories. Enforce strict DoD and DIA data compliance standards.Agile Lifecycle Management: Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) under an Agile/Scrum framework, providing accurate estimates of effort and ensuring alignment with mission priorities.
