Mobile Development Expert

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.8+ years of overall experience in mobile application development (iOS or Android).Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the Flutter framework. Key Accountabilities: Mobile App Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework for iOS, Android, and other platforms as applicable.Architecture & Technical Leadership: Define and own mobile app architecture decisions, applying patterns such as MVVM or MVC, and ensure scalability, maintainability, and consistency across the codebase.Coding and Testing: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Dart, and drive thorough unit and integration testing practices to ensure application reliability and performance.State Management: Deep expertise in state management solutions such as Provider, BLoC, or MobX, with the ability to guide the team on best-fit approaches for different use cases.Best Practices & Standards: Champion mobile app development best practices across the team, including performance optimization, code reusability, and user experience design.API Integration: Design and oversee integration of mobile applications with backend systems via RESTful or GraphQL APIs.Experience developing Mini Apps (e.g., within WeChat, Alipay, Zalo, or similar super-app ecosystems).Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.Familiarity with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development.Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and help build team-wide technical capability.Version Control: Proficient in Git-based workflows, including branching strategies, code reviews, and release management.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex, high-impact issues across the application.UI/UX Design: Collaborate closely with designers and product stakeholders to implement responsive, visually appealing, and intuitive user interfaces using Flutter's built-in widgets or custom UI components.Performance Optimization: Own performance optimization efforts, including efficient memory management, network request handling, and app responsiveness, to ensure a smooth user experience at scale.Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Take ownership of identifying, diagnosing, and resolving bugs and performance bottlenecks, ensuring long-term app stability and reliability.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, backend developers, and QA teams to plan releases, define technical requirements, and ensure timely delivery.
