Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Administrator Engineer

Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office Your Profile & DNA: We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Fabric/Power BI Admin Engineer, you make sure our enterprise analytics platform works smoothly, securely and at scale. You’ll manage the tenant, improve capacity performance, set clear workspace standards, automate recurring tasks and help teams resolve difficult issues. Roles & Responsibilities Keep the Power BI and Microsoft Fabric environment well organized and secure, including settings, workspaces, access and platform-wide controls;Keep capacities healthy by tracking usage, solving bottlenecks and improving performance, reliability and value for money;Make day-to-day platform work simpler through automation, reliable deployment processes, APIs and clear guidance for teams.You’ll also help shape the platform roadmap, maintain security and compliance, manage gateways and resolve incidents. Qualification & Experience A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.Hands-on experience managing Power BI in a large organization;A good understanding of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Premium, including capacity, governance and performance;Experience with tenant settings, workspaces, gateways, security, monitoring and operational support;A practical mindset: you can turn complex platform problems into clear, lasting solutions;A collaborative approach and a willingness to share knowledge with engineers, architects, security specialists and business stakeholders;The confidence to take ownership, make progress independently and deliver improvements.
