Staff Product Engineer, AI Infra & React
Compensation: $250,000–$300,000 base + equity
Location: New York City — onsite (5 days)

Join a fast-growing AI infrastructure startup (Series A) building an agentic platform that helps engineering teams investigate, resolve, and prevent production issues.
The company is building an AI-native infrastructure platform that works across cloud systems, observability data, code, and operational workflows.
Its core AI agent helps engineering teams understand what’s happening in production and decide what to do next.
The Role
As a Staff Product Engineer, you’ll own customer-facing features from PRD through production, working across React, APIs, backend systems, and agent-powered workflows.
You’ll partner closely with product, design, and customers, making technical decisions, navigating ambiguity, and shipping quickly.
What You’ll Do
Own major features end-to-end, from requirements through production.Build AI-powered experiences across React, APIs, and backend systems.Design scalable frontend architecture, APIs, and data models.Work directly with customers to gather feedback and iterate.Drive ambiguous projects and make pragmatic technical decisions.Help raise the technical bar as the engineering team scales.
What You’ll Bring
Very strong software engineering experience.Strong full-stack skills with frontend expertise.Excellent React, API, backend architecture, and data modeling experience.Track record of shipping products end-to-end.Startup or 0→1 experience.Strong product instincts and customer-facing experience.Excellent communication and comfort operating in ambiguity.Regular use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
Experience with AI-native products, developer tools, infrastructure, or observability is a strong plus.
