Job Purpose In this role at TechnipFMC you will provide technical leadership and engineering support across studies, tenders, and project execution activities. You will work closely with Lead Engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality engineering solutions, successful project start-up and handover, and effective delivery of technical work. You will also lead and perform study, tender, and pre-engineering activities, contributing to the successful development of project opportunities and customer solutions. Job Description Prepare project specific documentation, such as BOMs, interface documentation, and maintenance procedures according to project requirements and product group in accordance with E-plan or MDL.Deliver all project deliverables in accordance with E-plan or MDL.Follow-up to ensure delivery of the agreed products to the project according to the dates agreed between the Product Group and the project.Secure input to establish E-plan or MDL according to master E-plan or MDL for products within the responsibility of the Product Group, Electrical Design and Mechanical Design.Participate in meetings and review boards, as required.Identify and give input to VORs, engineering status reports, and other areas of concern on a regular basis.Support production/supplier during assembly and test execution.Provide input to tender team for costingAd-hocks task, as delegated by Line Manager and/or Team Lead You Are Meant For This Job If You have around 8-10 years experience in similar role/environmentStrong English language knowledge - min. B2Strong technical expertise with the ability to prepare and review complex engineering and product documentation.Proven ability to independently analyze and resolve technical challenges in a structured and effective mannerAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and preventing potential issuesExcellent organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within challenging deadlinesExperience estimating engineering effort and providing input into project planning and resource requirementThe ability to work independently on complex technical assignments while also providing technical guidance and leadership when requiredExperience assessing technical requirement changes and understanding their potential impact on project scope, schedule, and related activitiesSolid risk management capabilities, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project and technical risks throughout the project lifecycleThe ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments and under time constraints Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
