Backend Systems Engineer

What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain backend services supporting Graid’s product ecosystem and internal platforms.Build and maintain integrations between backend services and internal business systems to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows.Deliver reliable, maintainable, and production-ready code in a fast-paced environment.Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and external partners to deliver product initiatives and internal tools on schedule.Help improve system reliability, development workflows, and deployment processes as the organization grows. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.At least 1 year of relevant software engineering experience.Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: C/C++, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.Familiarity with Linux-based development environments.Strong communication skills, curiosity, and the ability to learn independently. Nice to Have Strong problem-solving, debugging, and investigative skills.Experience with DevOps tools and practices.Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker.Understanding of cloud platforms and services.Professional working proficiency in English.
