Job description Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 Developer/Architect (Mid-Senior-Architect) Job Type: Full-Time Location: Remote (U.S. based) with occasional travel to client or partner sites as needed Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship and Green card holder with the ability to obtain a clearance Must be a US Citizen OR GC Holder Only We have Multiple roles for Microsoft Dynamics - (Mid-Senior-Architect). JOB DESCRIPTION A developer will implement custom applications using the Canvas and Model-Driven frameworks, as well as using out of the box Dynamics applications for business needs such as case management and task management. Responsibilities include the following: Microsoft Dynamics/D365 and PowerApps Developer (both On-Premise and Cloud Customer Engagement CE experience) with SQL Server/SSIS. Must have MS Dynamics API integrations with legacy systems, and Power Apps/Dynamics Component Framework PCF control experience. Mush have 5+ years of MS Dynamics/PowerApp development and implementation experience with skills like .NET/C# for integration and customization -- must be good with MS PowerApps Security and deployment. Must be MS D365/PowerApps Customer Engagement CE developers Perform as a developer for the delivery of Dynamics 365 configuration, custom assembly development, integration code, and data migration scripts Support architecture, design and development of full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Platform as a Service, Canvas or Model Driven frameworks Support development of user stories, use cases and design artifacts to effectively convey requirements to both client stakeholders and development teams Support and Develop Canvas Apps for POCs and support client requirements Required Skills: At least 5+ years of total IT experience performing complex application development projects on the Microsoft stack. In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Apps platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services. In-depth hands-on knowledge of Canvas and Model Driven applications and the Dataverse. Extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience, including experience with the CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints. Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve Dynamics customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins. SQL Server, D365 Data Model, and SSIS for CRM integration Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum FINDING A CANDIDATE WHO RECENTLY WORKED WITH VETERAN AFFAIRS is a PLUS Desirable Skills: Experience integration Azure services (e.g., Service Bus, Functions, Storage) into Power Platform solutions Working knowledge of third-party Extraction, Transformation, and Loading tools (Scribe, SSIS, etc.) Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Apps certifications - CERTIFICATION IS A MUST Experience working for federal government customers. Good to be if they have Active Federal Government public trust clearance or any. Mid-Level (3-5 years) ~3–5 years’ experience; able to build plug-ins, flows, moderate integrations between Dynamics/Power Apps and SQL Server, Azure Data Factory work under senior lead. Senior Dev/Solutions Lead -- ~5-8 years’ experience; leads modules, full lifecycle in Dynamics/PowerApps + SQL Server, complex integrations, perhaps small team oversight. Architect / Principal (Dynamics/PowerApps + SQL Server) - ~8-12+ years; defines enterprise-level architecture, governs Power Platform + Dynamics + SQL Server estate, handles cloud integrations, security, scalability, may lead multiple workstreams.
