Staff Software Engineer $230,000–$250,000 base + bonus + equity | New York City | Onsite, 5 days SODA has partnered with a seed-stage FinTech building AI-powered technology for complex fund administration. You'll join a small engineering team where you'll own meaningful product areas, work directly with financial specialists and report to the CTO. The Opportunity You'll turn complex financial problems into software used across accounting, reporting, compliance and investor operations. This is a hands-on Staff role. You'll make architecture decisions, write production code and own projects from an early idea through to customers using them. The stack includes Python, TypeScript, React, FastAPI, GraphQL, gRPC, AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform.
