About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Randstad. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the automation platforms that underpin our Internal Cloud Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on creating robust software products and platform services that facilitate automated provisioning, configuration, lifecycle management, and operational governance of infrastructure components within our private cloud environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud infrastructure projects, contributing to the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our internal systems. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, particularly in cloud computing and automation. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience with programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java is essential. Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Kubernetes is highly desirable. Strong understanding of hyperconverged infrastructure, private cloud solutions, and virtualization technologies is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies are critical for success in this role. Responsibilities Design and develop automation tools and platform services to streamline the provisioning, configuration, and management of infrastructure components within our private cloud ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security to ensure seamless integration and secure deployment of cloud solutions. Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) practices to enhance automation, repeatability, and auditability of cloud environments. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of automation platforms and infrastructure services to ensure high availability and reliability. Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation efforts to uphold high-quality standards and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve automation strategies and infrastructure management.
