Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our technology team and support the development of a diverse range of digital projects and platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who is comfortable working across both front-end and back-end development, can independently troubleshoot and solve technical challenges, and has experience working across multiple projects and technology environments. The developer will be partnering closely with our technical leads and development team to turn requirements into working solutions. This is a highly execution-focused role, with an emphasis on writing code, solving problems, and moving projects from development through completion rather than extensive client-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end environments.Work hands-on with code and take ownership of assigned development tasks from requirements through completion.Build, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain digital platforms across a variety of projects.Work independently with direction from technical leads, requiring minimal day-to-day technical supervision.Analyze existing codebases and understand how applications, APIs, databases, and integrations work together.Troubleshoot technical issues and identify practical solutions without relying heavily on others for every problem.Translate technical requirements into functional, production-ready solutions.Work across multiple projects and technology environments as business priorities change.Support existing projects when additional technical capacity is needed.Collaborate with other developers, technical leads, designers, project managers, and other internal team members.Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, demos, and team syncs as needed.Use AI-assisted development tools effectively to research, troubleshoot, learn unfamiliar technologies, and accelerate development.Adapt to new frameworks, platforms, languages, and technologies when project requirements demand it.Contribute to projects through the full development lifecycle, from initial implementation through testing, troubleshooting, and completion. Required Qualifications 10+ years of professional software development experience, ideally across a variety of projects and technology environments.Strong professional experience with JavaScript.Strong experience with React.Strong experience with Node.js.Full-stack development experience with a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development.Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve technical problems without requiring constant guidance.Experience reading, understanding, troubleshooting, and modifying existing codebases.Ability to understand how front-end applications communicate with APIs and back-end services.Experience working with relational databases, with knowledge of at least one database technology such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.Basic understanding of Linux/operating systems and networking concepts.Ability to take a project or significant development task from beginning to end.Experience working across multiple projects rather than being limited to a single application or technology stack.Strong ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and frameworks quickly.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. Work Style & Collaboration This position is intended to be primarily hands-on and development-focused, rather than heavily client-facing. The developer will work closely with the internal technical team and receive direction on priorities and requirements, while maintaining ownership of execution. Client interaction may occur for technical discussions, demos, or specific situations, but extensive client-facing responsibilities are not the primary focus of the role. The position is also intended to provide additional development capacity across projects, allowing the developer to take ownership of specific projects or workstreams while supporting the broader technology team when needed.
