Senior DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer We’re currently supporting a leading financial services organisation in Frankfurt that is undergoing a significant technology transformation, with a key focus on improving automation, engineering efficiency and the overall delivery process. We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join the team and play an important role in this transformation. The Role You’ll work closely with development, infrastructure and engineering teams to design, implement and continuously improve DevOps processes and automation across the organisation. This is an opportunity to join a transformation programme where you’ll have genuine influence over how technology is delivered and automated. Key Responsibilities Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processesAutomate manual processes across development and infrastructureSupport the implementation and evolution of DevOps best practicesWork with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability and deliveryHelp optimise existing tooling and introduce new automation solutionsContribute to the wider technology transformation programmeWork within a highly regulated financial services environment Experience We’re looking for someone with strong experience across areas such as: DevOps / Platform EngineeringCI/CD and automationCloud technologiesInfrastructure as CodeContainerisation / KubernetesGit and modern software development practicesScripting and automationExperience working within complex enterprise environments Financial services experience would be advantageous, although strong DevOps experience within another regulated or enterprise environment will also be considered.
