About the Opportunity:
The DEVOPS ENGINEER SENIOR role focuses on enhancing the efficiency and reliability of cloud-based infrastructure.
The position is responsible for designing, automating, and managing deployments while ensuring system security and scalability.
By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role aims to streamline operations and improve overall performance.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.Automate provisioning, scaling, and configuration management of Azure resources.Implement Infrastructure as Code principles to ensure consistency and repeatability.Monitor and optimize system performance for reliability and cost efficiency.Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.Automate deployment workflows, including infrastructure changes and rollback strategies.Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices.Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions with tools such as Azure Monitor or ELK Stack.Identify and resolve system performance issues proactively.Develop alerting thresholds and incident response strategies.Enforce security best practices for cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with regulations.Automate security patching and vulnerability management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.Strong expertise in cloud platforms and container orchestration.Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash.Experience with infrastructure management tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.Strong understanding of DevOps principles.Experience with Azure cloud platform.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools including GitHub actions.Certifications related to Site Reliability Engineering.
