Are You One of Us Responsibilities Be a member of a team which provides technical support and problem-solving abilities for our international external and internal customers. Communicate with our business customers and IT professionals via e-mail, ticketing system and telephone. Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and formulate resolution plans. Assist in identifying resolution gaps and in evaluating new services, processes and technologies introduced at the helpdesk. Escalate unresolved issues to support leads, designated service group or client helpdesk Preferred Qualifications Fluent English written and spoken (B2 or higher). Basic IT technical skills. Desire to learn and gain experience in the IT field. Availability to work in shifts. Nice-to-Have Advantages Unix / Linux basic level skills. Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT Service Management tools. Proficiency in additional languages such as German, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
