Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced Production Developer to join a high-performing Funds Technology team supporting business-critical applications within a leading global financial services organisation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology—solving complex production issues, developing practical solutions, and driving continuous improvement. What You’ll Do: Support, enhance, and maintain applications used across fund services and investment operations.Investigate incidents, troubleshoot technical and data issues, and perform root-cause analysis.Work closely with business users, technology teams, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders.Translate business needs into effective technical solutions.Develop scripts, interfaces, automation, and application enhancements.Support releases, deployments, batch processing, monitoring, and change management.Improve application stability, operational efficiency, and service quality.Communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. What You’ll Bring 5–7 years’ experience in production support, application development, or software engineering.Strong experience supporting business-critical applications in an enterprise environment.Proficiency in one or more of Java, Python, C#, .NET, SQL, or Unix shell scripting.Strong SQL and relational database experience.Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and release processes.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.A proactive, analytical, and collaborative approach to problem-solving. Desirable Experience: Background in fund services, fund accounting, asset management, investment operations, banking, or financial services.Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Linux, Autosys, Control-M, REST APIs, Kafka, CI/CD, or cloud technologies.Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, batch processing, reconciliations, NAV, or trade processing.
