Power Platform Developer

We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to join our team and play a key role in the development of applications. As an Specialist, you will be actively involved in the implementation and further development of the solution, working closely with IT, factories, data, and other business teams to configure, develop, integrate, and continuously enhance the platform.Following the implementation phase, you will take responsibility for the ongoing management and development of the solution, ensuring that it continues to meet changing business, technology, and security requirements. A key part of the role will be collaboration with Factory and IT teams responsible for our applications. Responsibilities: Configure, develop, maintain, and continuously improve Microsoft Power Platform solutions and applications. Develop applications using Power Apps and automate business processes using Power Automate. Design and maintain data models and solutions using Dataverse and other enterprise data sources. Build and maintain integrations with source systems using standard connectors, APIs, and other integration mechanisms.Manage application access, permissions, and security roles. Work closely with other IT teams managing source systems to ensure seamless and reliable data integration. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Support testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and application performance optimization. Participate in application lifecycle management (ALM), solution deployments, and environment management across development, test, and production environments. Microsoft specifically positions solutions, environments, deployment and automation as core parts of Power Platform ALM. Drive continuous improvement and adapt existing solutions to evolving business requirements. Prepare and maintain technical and user documentation Requirements: 6+ years of experience with Power BI and PowerApps (as a developer). Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, data modeling, security roles, and permissions. Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, SQL, APIs, and other enterprise systems. Good understanding of Power Platform environments, solutions, deployment processes, and ALM principles. Experience with application testing, troubleshooting, and production support. Experience preparing technical and user documentation. Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and working solutions. Experience working in Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban. Good communication skills and experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
