Our client seeks an experienced full-stack leader who can build secure, scalable, and maintainable frontend and backend systems using React, Python, and Django while establishing technical standards and sustainable development processes. You'll work at the intersection of software engineering and medical device regulations. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, where you'll design DiGA-specific interfaces, integrate with external healthcare systems, and strengthen technical quality across the team through code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
