5+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on Apache Solr/SolrCloud experience.Design, develop, configure, and optimize enterprise search solutions using Solr.Manage collections, cores, schemas, indexing pipelines, and SolrCloud environments.Develop and optimize search queries, filters, facets, boosting, autocomplete, spell check, and relevancy.Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, monitoring, and issue resolution.Integrate Solr with Java/J2EE and web applications using REST APIs.Work with application and business teams to define search requirements and relevancy models.Strong knowledge of indexing, tokenization, analyzers, scoring, and search architecture.Experience with Linux, Git, and enterprise application environments.Preferred: Guidewire/Solr integration experience, Elasticsearch, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and large-scale search implementations.
