About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our Payments Products development team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of innovative software solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI and modern integration patterns. Your work will directly enhance the capabilities of our platforms, ensuring they remain at the forefront of technological innovation. You will be responsible for evaluating new ideas and technologies from both internal and external sources, aligning them with emerging business opportunities, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Operations, Cybersecurity, and Client Support to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet business needs and customer expectations. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or have 3+ years of relevant work experience. Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, and/or NodeJS is essential, with additional skills in C++ and C# considered a plus. Experience in building Generative AI applications, conversational AI, RAG architectures, and related libraries is highly desirable. Candidates should have a strong understanding of application security, cryptography fundamentals, and NLP techniques, including tokenization and word embeddings. Practical experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is required, along with knowledge of model compression, transfer learning, and MLOps practices. Familiarity with front-end technologies like ReactJS, Angular, and NodeJS, as well as proficiency in handling large datasets, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed computing technologies such as Redis, will be advantageous. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include engaging in the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions that incorporate generative AI and modern integration techniques. You will support the deployment, fine-tuning, and evaluation of AI components within enterprise applications, ensuring robustness and operational quality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be vital for delivering complex projects that integrate emerging technologies with existing platforms. You will contribute to API development to enhance platform integrations and ensure adherence to industry best practices in software security, performance, scalability, and resilience. Automating development, testing, and deployment processes will be a key focus to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.
