Senior Product Manager, IT Digital and eCommerce

Job Summary As the Sr. Product Manager, IT Digital & eCommerce, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of digital products from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end digital experiences leveraging Acquia DXP (Drupal), Adobe Commerce (Magento), and integrated digital ecosystem components. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, CA and Irvine, CA, as the office location will be relocated from Brea to Irvine in approximately Q1 2028. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity and requires onsite presence 4 days per week. Primary Duties And Responsibilities Product Strategy and Vision: Help in defining product vision and strategy with business delivery partnersDevelop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals Business Analysis Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify voice of the customer, opportunities, and threatsGather and analyze business requirements to inform product development team Project Management Plan, execute, and oversee product development projectsManage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope Stakeholder Management Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectivesCommunicate product/project updates and progress to stakeholders User Experience Work with designers to create user-centric product designsConduct user testing and gather feedback to improve product usability Data-Driven Decision Making Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and make informed decisionsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed Agile Methodology Implement and manage agile processes to ensure efficient product development managementFacilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, weekly status, monthly steering committee and retrospectives Job Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field -or- equivalent experience.8+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, and project management.Experience with Acquia DXP / Drupal CMS, Adobe Commerce (Magento).Experience working with global teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent project management abilities.Proficiency in agile methodologies.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of data analytics and user experience design. Preferred Skills & Experience MBA or advanced degree.Experience in digital product development.Understanding of APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture.
