AI Engineer

We're Hiring: AI Engineer Quantum Bits (Qbits) is looking for an AI Engineer who enjoys building practical AI products—not just experimenting with models. You'll work on AI-powered applications, conversational AI, intelligent automation, and production systems used by real businesses and their customers. What You'll Work On Build and integrate LLM-powered applicationsDevelop AI agents, chatbots, and automation workflowsWork with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge basesIntegrate AI models and APIs into web applicationsDesign prompts, guardrails, memory, and conversation flowsEvaluate and improve AI response qualityDeploy and monitor AI services in productionCollaborate with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams What We're Looking For Strong Python development skills, including async programmingExperience building APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworksGood understanding of RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and vector databasesExperience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworksWorking knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy or similar ORMsAbility to turn business requirements into working AI solutionsStrong problem-solving and debugging skills Good to have Experience with Google Vertex AI / Gemini or AWS BedrockExperience with LLM observability tools such as Langfuse or OpenTelemetryExperience with Redis and queue-based or event-driven systemsMultimodal AI experience, including vision models and image embeddingsExperience handling Nepali, English, or mixed-language conversationsFine-tuning, evaluation, or benchmarking experienceDocker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD knowledge Experience: 2–3+ years in software/AI development Level: Mid-Level Location: Kathmandu, Nepal Company: Quantum Bits (Qbits) If you enjoy building AI products that solve real business problems and seeing them work in production, we'd love to hear from you.
