Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer

We're Hiring: Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer Quantum Bits (Qbits) is looking for a Full-Stack Developer who enjoys shipping complete features—from database to UI—in products real businesses use every day. You'll work on modern web applications, AI-powered products, integrations, and production systems handling real customer traffic. What You'll Work On Build features across the frontend and backendDevelop responsive, user-friendly dashboards and web applicationsDesign and build REST APIs and backend servicesDesign database schemas, write queries, and manage migrationsIntegrate third-party APIs, webhooks, and messaging platformsWork with the AI team to turn AI features into usable productsWrite tests, review code, and help keep the codebase cleanDeploy, monitor, and improve services in production What We're Looking For Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skillsExperience with React and Next.jsBackend development experience with Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) or Node.jsSolid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and relational databasesExperience with PostgreSQL or similar databasesAbility to turn business requirements into working featuresStrong problem-solving and debugging skills Good to have Experience with Tailwind CSS, TanStack Query, Zustand, or ZodExperience with AWS services such as S3, SQS, and LambdaInterest in AI/LLM-powered applicationsDocker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD knowledge Experience: 2–4 years in full-stack development Level: Mid-Level Location: Kathmandu, Nepal Company: Quantum Bits (Qbits) If you enjoy building products end to end and seeing real businesses use what you ship, we'd love to hear from you.
