We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally. The Role Our Data Engineering team is growing! We’re looking for a Data Engineer to join our team in London. In this role you will build and run the pipelines behind QiCore, our new data warehouse. You’ll bring acquired businesses like Rewards into one platform and make sure the data the business runs on is reliable, governed and built to last. Key Responsibilities Build, test and maintain batch and streaming pipelines into QiCore to agreed engineering standardsMigrate Rewards data into our warehouse and single customer view, keeping reporting running throughoutModel data for analytics and reporting, working to the architecture and governance principles the team setsMonitor pipeline health and data quality, fixing issues at the root rather than patching symptomsSupport future acquisitions and platform migrations, turning each one into a faster, repeatable process About You Several years of hands-on data engineering, writing production SQL and PythonExperience building ETL or ELT pipelines on a modern cloud warehouse or big data platformWorking knowledge of data governance, testing and data quality practicesComfortable with orchestration and version control, and with reviewing and being reviewedHigh standards for quality, with a can-do attitude when priorities shiftYou thrive when working as part of a teamComfortable in a fast-paced environmentHave excellent written and verbal English skillsLast but not least, you’ll have no ego!
