Join our team as a Cloud AI Developer and help us build intelligent, cloud-native solutions that transform the way software is designed, developed, and delivered. 📍 Location: Warsaw, Poland 🏢 Work model: Hybrid – presence in our Warsaw office once per week 💼 Experience: 3+ years 🌍 Language: English B2+ 🔹 What you’ll do As a Cloud AI Developer, you’ll work at the intersection of software engineering, Microsoft Azure, and Artificial Intelligence. You will: Design and develop cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure and modern software engineering practices.Build AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI Agents, and Machine Learning.Develop and integrate AI capabilities into existing business applications, enterprise platforms, and customer-facing solutions.Leverage AI across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) – from requirements and solution design through development, testing, documentation, and maintenance.Develop intelligent automation solutions that improve developer productivity and software quality.Implement and maintain AI Engineering, DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps practices.Collaborate with solution architects, cloud engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative cloud and AI initiatives.Contribute to cloud architecture, application modernization, and platform engineering activities.Ensure high standards of security, reliability, maintainability, and operational excellence.Explore emerging AI and cloud technologies and identify opportunities to create business value.🔹 What we’re looking for Must have: 3+ years of experience in software development, cloud engineering, AI development, or a related field.Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern software development practices.Experience building solutions on Microsoft Azure.Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and modern AI application patterns.Experience integrating applications using APIs, messaging technologies, and cloud services.Practical experience with Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps and/or GitHub.Understanding of containerization and cloud-native technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows.Understanding of software architecture and distributed systems principles.English at B2 level or above.Willingness to work from our Warsaw office once per week. Nice to have: Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, or similar platforms.Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector search.Experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.Knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, Platform Engineering, and Infrastructure as Code.Microsoft Azure certifications.Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI Governance, and EU AI Act requirements.Experience working in enterprise-scale or regulated environments.🔹 Why this role?
