Process Development Engineer

For our Client in the manufacturing industry, we are seeking candidates for the position of Process Development Engineer. Your responsibilities: Design, development and implementation of new connectivity products (from concept, through prototyping and validation to introduction in production environment).Proposing and introducing innovations and new technologies to existing products and manufacturing processes.Building fundamental understanding through the use of the Scientific Method and tools such as KT, DoE, Statistical Process Analysis, Six Sigma etc.Researching new raw materials and developing new processing.Study new trends in fiber optic technologies.Documenting new ideas for potential patent submissions.Work in international, multidisciplinary project groups. Our requirements: Technical bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferred in nanotechnology, physics, mechanical engineering, electronics, material engineering or similar).Good technical skills (building prototypes, troubleshooting test cases, preparing samples).Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Creativity and passion for innovation.Ability to communicate effectively within multi-national groups.Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken).
