Overview The European Public Sector team is looking for a Business Excellence Analyst, who is responsible for providing analytical support to the segment leadership team, as well as leading and managing performance improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the public sector landscape, as well as experience in market researches, performance measurement, and data analysis. Role Monitoring and assessing the segment’s performance against its strategic objectives Identifying and recommending opportunities to improve operational effectiveness Leading performance improvement initiatives Designing and implementing reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators, integrating data from internal tools (e.g., Salesforce, MPA) Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the public sector Supporting the development of the segment’s business development strategy Supporting the preparation of the segment’s quarterly reviews Preparing and delivering presentations and reports for the segment leadership team and other stakeholders All About You Master's degree in business administration or a related field Some experience in performance measurement, or data analysis in the public sector or a related industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to details Fluency in English and another European language Consulting background is preferred Location: Warsaw (Poland), Lisbon (Portugal), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Bucharest (Romania), Peterborough (UK), Prague (Czech Republic) Corporate Security Responsibility Every Person Working For, Or On Behalf Of, Mastercard Is Responsible For Information Security.
