Responsibilities:
Lead fullstack development efforts using Java-based backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and modern frontend technologiesArchitect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance web applicationsMentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practicesCollaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsDrive CI/CD pipeline management, DevOps integration, and deployment strategiesEnsure application security, performance optimization, and code quality standards are metParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
Requirements:
