What You'll Work On
Designing and building Epicor customizations that support real operational workflowsDeveloping Business Process Automations (BPMs) to eliminate manual effortCreating integrations and APIs connecting Epicor to external systemsBuilding reports, dashboards, and analytics that drive decision-makingSupporting implementations, upgrades, and migrations (including Epicor Kinetic)Troubleshooting and improving performance, stability, and scalabilityCollaborating with consultants, project managers, and clients to solve real problemsWho We're Looking For
We're open to two profiles:
Epicor Developers
Hands-on experience with Epicor (E9, E10, or Kinetic)Strong background in customizations, BPMs, BAQs, and reportingComfortable working in ERP environments with real business complexityDevelopers New to Epicor
Strong experience in enterprise or ERP-style systemsSolid development fundamentals (C#, .NET, SQL, APIs, integrations)Proven ability to ramp quickly into complex platformsCurious, adaptable, and comfortable working close to the businessHow You'll Work
Collaborate with experienced Epicor consultants and developersBalance hands-on development with problem-solving and solution designWork on multiple client environments or long-term projectsLocal to Chicago, IL is a plus but remote options availableOur client works on mission-critical systems that power real businesses
