The role We are looking for a Junior Java Software Developer to join Fasanara Digital and contribute to systems supporting our 24/7 trading activity, with guidance from experienced engineers. The role will focus on contributing to the development and maintenance of our multi-venue collateral management platform, alongside new reference data and accounting infrastructure supporting both digital assets and traditional financial markets. This is a hands-on engineering role within a small, high-performing team, with opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues. You will work on well-defined tasks across both new development and existing production systems, helping to build new functionality and maintain and improve established code. We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative, follows through on tasks, and asks for guidance when needed. Experience in financial services, trading, banking, or digital assets is welcome but not required. We are interested in candidates with a solid foundation in Java development and a willingness to learn about our systems and markets.
