Their Escalation Team is the first line of defense for our most urgent customer needs.

Responsibilities:
Own critical fixes & urgent requests – Investigate and resolve high-priority customer-reported issues in live production.Move fast & execute flawlessly – Work in a dynamic, Kanban-style environment where priorities shift rapidly.Be the go-to expert – Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex challenges with real business impact.Work cross-functionally – Collaborate with Product, Support, and R&D teams to diagnose, fix, and deploy solutions quickly.Enhance & stabilize production – Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of the client’s integrations and platform.Balance urgency with quality – Deliver rapid solutions without compromising long-term stability or maintainability.Be proactive – Identify recurring issues and contribute to preventative solutions that improve overall system health.
Requirements:
