AI Adoption and Enablement Working Student

Location: Prague/Hamburg Mode of Employment: Part-time / Fixed Term A Snapshot of Your Day As an AI Adoption & Enablement Working Student, you will play an important role in supporting our global community and AI initiatives. Working closely with our core team, you will help our business community understand and successfully integrate new AI tools into their daily work. You will support the preparation of training workshops, test AI workflows, and keep our use-case documentation up to date. In addition, you will help the core AI team organize training materials, structure user feedback, and maintain project registries, ensuring that relevant information is well organized and ready for further action. How You’ll Make An Impact Support in the preparation and follow-up of hands-on AI workshops and practical labs across the engineering communityAssistance with prompt testing, documentation of model outputs, and configuration of lightweight AI workflowsMaintenance and continuous updating of the central AI use-case registry and learning materialsProvision of first-level support for business users in navigating newly deployed AI toolsCollection and structured organization of end-user feedback to identify further AI optimization opportunities What You Bring Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable fieldPractical experience with or willingness to learn Generative AI tools, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and basic automation platformsAbility to communicate basic technical concepts clearly and comprehensibly to non-technical colleaguesStrong organizational skills and efficient management of documentation and training schedules within part-time working hoursHands-on and curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn through practical experience and provide flexible team support About The Team In our Business Functions we enable our organization to reach their targets by providing best-in class services and solutions in the areas of IT, HR, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy & Technology and more.
