Role Summary: We are looking for a Senior Systems & Network Infrastructure Engineer to support the infrastructure and cloud operations team in a banking/financial services environment. The role will have a strong focus on enterprise networking and systems administration, along with AWS infrastructure and production operations. Key Responsibilities Support the infrastructure and cloud operations team in a banking/financial services environment. Provide hands-on support for enterprise networking, systems administration, AWS infrastructure, and production operations. Configure and troubleshoot VPCs, subnets, route tables, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, Security Groups, NACLs, Transit Gateway, and network connectivity. Support connectivity between AWS environments, on-premises/corporate networks, data centers, and third-party services. Perform Linux/Windows systems administration, including server provisioning, patching, monitoring, performance troubleshooting, and security hardening. Manage and troubleshoot AWS IAM, IAM Identity Center/SSO, roles, policies, permissions, and access controls. Support infrastructure across multiple AWS accounts and environments. Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Support application and infrastructure deployments, production releases, and environment changes. Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, operating-system, and access-related incidents and perform root-cause analysis. Collaborate with network, security, application, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve operational issues. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, network security, Linux/Windows administration, AWS networking, and cloud operations is required. Experience with enterprise firewalls, VPNs, Active Directory, SIEM, vulnerability management. Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills. Experience 4+ years of experience in networking, system administration, AWS infrastructure, and cloud operations.
