About The Role We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer II to join our dynamic team at Sovos. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling our cloud infrastructure to ensure system reliability, efficiency, and continuous evolution. You will work at the intersection of development and operations, focusing on automating deployment processes, optimizing infrastructure, and troubleshooting issues that impact software delivery to our global customer base. Your expertise will directly influence our ability to maintain high availability and performance of our solutions. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to streamline deployment workflows, develop automation scripts, and document technical processes for knowledge sharing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage AI-assisted tools and cloud technologies to innovate our infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
