Key responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Python and modern web frameworksDevelop responsive, accessible, and performant frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactOwn features end-to-end, from design and implementation through testing and deliveryBuild and integrate RESTful APIsWrite and maintain unit and integration tests across frontend and backendParticipate in code reviews and share best practices with other engineersCollaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend developers, and QAWork with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and standard branching and merge request workflowsWork in Docker-based development environments and collaborate with DevOps/OS teamsContribute to sprint planning, estimation, technical discussions, and continuous improvement
Ideal candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or a related technical fieldMinimum 2 years of professional experience in software developmentStrong experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScriptExperience with React or another modern frontend frameworkExperience with a Python web framework such as FastAPI, Django, or FlaskGood knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3Experience developing RESTful APIsExperience with relational or non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDBExperience with unit and integration testing, using tools such as pytest, Jest, Testing Library, or CypressExperience with Git and code review workflowsExperience with Docker and containerized development environmentsKnowledge of CI/CD and test automationExperience with Kubernetes or Helm is a plusUnderstanding of web application security practices, including XSS mitigation, CSP, and secure cookie handlingExperience participating in technical design discussions or mentoring other engineers is a plusExperience working in international and multicultural teamsFluent English with strong communication skills
