Cloud and Platform Engineer

🚀 We're Hiring: Cloud, DevOps, Platform & SRE Engineers I'm currently recruiting for a leading technology consultancy looking to expand its Cloud, Platform and Reliability Engineering teams. We're keen to speak with experienced engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, building scalable platforms and delivering cloud transformation projects for major clients. 💻 The Opportunity Depending on your specialism, you'll have the opportunity to: 🔹 Design, build and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure or GCP. 🔹 Develop infrastructure-as-code, automation and CI/CD pipelines. 🔹 Build and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms, internal developer tooling and self-service solutions. 🔹 Improve system reliability, observability, performance and resilience. 🔹 Work with architects, developers and client teams to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions. 🔹 Support production environments through monitoring, troubleshooting and incident management. 🔹 Share knowledge, mentor colleagues and contribute to technical innovation and business development. 🛠️ Skills & Experience We're interested in candidates with strong experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, Ansible.Platform Engineering: Kubernetes, Docker, internal developer platforms and self-service tooling.DevOps & CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Git and automation.Site Reliability Engineering: SLI/SLOs, observability, monitoring, incident response and service resilience.Experience with scripting, Linux, networking and tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog or Dynatrace would also be beneficial. You don't need to cover every technology we're keen to hear from specialists with strong hands-on experience in at least one discipline. 🔐 Security Requirements Candidates must hold active SC Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain it. Eligibility generally requires five years of continuous UK residency, alongside other vetting requirements. 📍 Locations & Working Arrangements Office bases available in London, Manchester or Glasgow. These are client-facing consulting positions, so flexibility to travel to client sites and occasionally work away from home at short notice is essential. 🌟 What's on Offer?
